Our services include building management, major works programmes, company secretarial duties, service charge budgeting and collection, plus arranging annual accounts and AGMs.

LPMS was founded by Robin Pike after purchasing a flat in a listed building, with gorgeous Georgian ceilings, and becoming a leaseholder. The managing agent was well established and never visited the building. A dispiriting introduction to the world of residential leasehold management so Robin galvanised his fellow leaseholders into buying the freehold a couple of years later.

Around the same time a friend was experiencing managing agent issues and asked Robin to take on the management of their gated estate and LPMS was born. As our experience has grown, and professional qualifications acquired, estate and building management has become a full time commitment. Robin enjoys it and likes nothing more than improving a client’s quality of life.

It is the little things, the attention to detail, that make the difference and that requires a managing agent 'plus' approach: being onsite project managing when clients need an in person presence.
